"The APR21 initial HVAC installation was successful, and the heat pump worked fine during the cooler months. However, when summer arrived the condenser unit in the basement leaked, and the water damaged the basement carpet. The dominion service man discovered that the air filter (20x16) had NOT been installed during the initial HVAC installation, and based on his many years of experience that caused the overflow. Dominion still charged me for the visit, claiming that the new drain was clogged Mind you, this was an entirely new HVAC installation, and a clogged drain after 8 weeks of AC operation is not likely - except when the filter is not installed. This was my experience with Dominion Service Company."

"Chris came out quickly and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was polite and pleasant to work with, and although I wish we didn't have extra issues that he found for us, I'm so glad that he did. Not only did he diagnose the problem that we called him out for, but he found something else that explained what had been happening for quite some time with our AC as well. Overall, there were multiple things that needed regular maintenance or repair and he talked us through the details of those things, pricing options depending on what we wanted to handle immediately and offered great advice on some improvements that we'll be implementing. I really appreciate knowing that things are in much better shape after his expert work and professionalism. A++"

"It went very well. Took a bit longer than expected. Only because someone took his puller, but he pushed through and got it done. What was really nice is that even though a mix up occurred and the unit didn't get registered after it was installed as this was new construction with a custom builder. Dolan honored their 10 year contract."
