Now it?s severely damaged from partial excavation, demo, and unnecessary removal of molding and walls. After a year-long variance process, in October of 2025 we were ready to build, Rioza demanded an extra $40K for ?inflation.? We asked for an accounting of the $84K advanced for materials?none provided. Quotes passed off as receipts were confirmed fraudulent by suppliers. No materials delivered, no phases completed, and we failed foundation inspection. HUD consultant documented everything; bank refused to release additional funds to Rioza Construction.
