"It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. "I can't say enough about Drain King!! We have an ongoing problem in our Levitt home where a few times a year, when the washing machine drains, it backs up into the kitchen sink. We have used Chuck and Drain King in the past and they always came through. This time, I didn't recall the name of his company so I called another service. They came and spent nearly 1.5 hours attempting to unclog the drain, I could tell they really didn't know what to do. Told me my pipes were probably broken....They finally stopped and said no charge, then came back and said because they spent a long time trying to clear the drain, they would charge me full price. Really?! Not happy with that, I went to Angies list and found my initial review for Drain King.. I should have done this the first time!! They came on time and were in and out in 25 mins. If you have any plumbing or drain problems, please call Drain King!!! I have them now on my favorite list! Thanks Chuck and his assistant!!"

"Had a main water shutoff valve replaced with Our Plumber. Our Plumber was the only plumber that I contacted that would provide me with a price estimate before the job was started (all the others wanted to come out and make up an estimate on the spot). Our Plumber came out the very next morning and completed the job very nicely and stuck to the reasonable price the quoted me over the phone (even though the job took a bit longer than expected). Overall a very professional company that is very eager to treat their customers well. I would recommend Our Plumber over the other plumbers I have used in the Morristown area in the past."
