"AI and his team did great job for me. Even a small job for a gutter or window trim they are willing to come to reasonable price. I replaced my roofing two years ago from a different company that charged me too much. I regret not meeting Lincoln roofing earlier and I will definitely come back to this company in the future next time I need something fixed 。"

"Perfect. No other words needed. On time. Polite. Professional. Worked like dogs all day. Knew exactly what they were getting themselves and how to get it done. I will definitely hire them again for my next project."

"Aaron and his crew were great. Bought a house with an undisclosed water issue. He understood my frustrations, did the planning for the repair and executed in a timely manner. Was always available to call, discuss, explain and was very helpful along the way. Hope I never have the issue in another house but would call if need be!"

"Really a pleasure to deal with Nick, who both took the call and did the repair. He answered my questions about the work, explaining exactly what had to be done and the cost, which was quite reasonable, called before he came, which was actually a few minutes earlier than the scheduled window, and did the repair. In terms of garage door problems, this was only a minor repair, but I will certainly be calling Central Jersey Garage Door if I need any other work done on my garage doors in the future, and I'm happy to recommend you do the same."

"Dave refinished 2 bathtubs and a very neglected shower in a rental property for me. His work was excellent, done when promised and always making sure I was satisfied with the job before calling it finished. He also did some painting and repair work on the same property, allowing us to get a CO with no hiccups. I highly recommend Dave he is very accommodating and very easy to work with."

FAQs for shed, barn or playhouse repair projects in Middlesex, NJ

You’ll know it’s time for a new shed roof if shingles curl or buckle, soft spots sag, or water stains appear inside. Moss or other plant growth on the surface is another red flag that moisture has breached the roofing layers. Replacing the roof quickly stops leaks from spreading, protects stored items, and saves you from costlier structural repairs down the road.

Choosing between a flat and a sloped shed roof comes down to climate, budget, and upkeep. A flat roof is cheaper up front, but still needs a slight pitch for drainage. A sloped roof sheds rain and snow more easily, lasts longer, and often needs less maintenance. Weigh your local weather patterns, the look you want, and how much time you’re willing to spend on upkeep before deciding.

A shed roof’s life span hinges on the material you choose and how well you maintain it. Most standard products last 15 to 30 years, while premium picks like slate or clay tile can protect the structure for 50 to 100 years. Regular inspections, fast fixes, and routine cleaning all help you reach the upper end of those ranges and keep your tools and gear dry year-round.
