All the work they did was high quality, and he is really good with tile. His pricing is reasonable and he made things right without charging more. Only negative was dusting the house when they removed the old tile and they could be neater but it is construction work. You shouldn't hesitate to hire him for your remodeling project."

"I used KWD Electric 2 times in the recent past and was planning to write a review after the 3rd and final visit to my mother's house. The first to jobs went well, one "simple" (replacing 6 outlets) and one "complex" upgrading the service panel plus a couple other items. Ken was late both times and his responsiveness to my initial contact took a little too long but I overlooked that. The 3rd visit he was to replace all switches and outlets in the kitchen (after the renovation). On July 30th Ken's email stated a quote would follow in a  day or two. It is now August 26th and I am still waiting. Needless to say this is very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Update: Ken did apologize for forgetting and stated he would not take on more than he could schedule.
