Once we began working with them, they provided consistent updates and met with us on a regular basis, enough so that even with unavoidable pandemic slowdowns, it still felt like the project was always moving forward. Once the remodel began, they had nearly daily updates for us on what was coming next, and the project actually finished ahead of schedule! Now we have a kitchen that has at least 3x the workspace, a significantly improved flow, and easily twice as much storage as our previous one did.
