"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"It went perfectly! My washer works better than before. He made sure it was setup & balanced/leveled perfectly. The vent cleaning helped the performance of my dryer as well. I highly recommend Gibson’s Appliance Repair."

"Innovative Garages did an AMAZING job on my garage floor! This included all floor preparation with an industrial diamond concrete grinder, repaired a damaged floor drain area and a large crack across my entire floor. The entire project took less than 2 full days. They also gave me the use of a storage trailer to store all my stuff while they did the work on the floor and even let me keep the trailer another five days while I had my garage walls and ceilings painted. I strongly recommend Innovative Garages if you're considering having your concrete garage floor repaired and looking beautiful. They were also less than half the price of another major company I was considering."

"He was very professional and courtious. The appliance needed a part. He is checking with Choice to see if needs part or replace the refrigerator. I was very pleased with the his service and approachability."

"Just getting him up to the house is a challenge in itself. He is a very hard worker and solves the problem (which he did). He stayed at the house for 3 1/2 hours, until close to 10pm getting the problem resolved. The problem is he made two (2) appointments with me to meet me at my house and he never showed. The second one (return appointment) he never called to reschedule or apologize, and he didn't even give us his Angie's List discount, even though he knew we found him through the list."

"Over the weekend I discovered the piping coming from my washing machine was leaking and causing my laundry room to flood every time I did a load. I have used John before, so I called and he came out as soon as he could schedule me in. Not only did he remove the drywall, replace the leaking pipe and replace and re-tape the drywall, he also went under the house (in a nasty crawl space) to verify that I didn't have any other leaks. If you are looking for a fancy service man in a spiffy uniform, this isn't your guy but, if you are looking for a great handyman that can fix almost anything, I highly recommend John."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
