"We met with Brian and two other landscapers. He seemed to be the most responsive and the price was right, so we went with him. <br /> He and another guy showed up and went straight to work removing the rock bed and burying the down spouts in our back yard. They broke for lunch and then started working on the front down spout. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon he told that he didn't have a part they needed to finish the third spout in our front yard and that they would be back on Monday to finish the job. I was a little disappointed that my yard would be dug up all weekend and that I wouldn't be here on Monday to see the finish product before they left.  <br /> When I came home Monday I was pleasantly surprised to how seamlessly he was able to bury the down spouts and how nice the mulch looked. He redid the edging around the bigger flower beds that surround our house, put down some weed barrier and definitely didn't skimp on the mulch. (Although the mulch itself has faded rather quickly over the past two months from a dark brown to a light brown, but I know some fading is to be expected with dyed mulch.)  <br /> There was one discrepancy between the work requested and the work completed. He had edged and mulched around a small tree in the front yard, when we had in fact asked for mulch around our pine tree in the back yard. We called to notify him of this error and he said he would be out the next day to mulch around the tree in the back. Sure enough, he came out the next day with plenty of mulch and did the whole corner of our yard around the tree. I guess my only suggestion to the consumer is to be clear about what you want and make sure he writes the specific requests down. Otherwise he did a fantastic job. <br />"

"Mr. Tom Meador arrived at our home the day after I phoned him.  He brought a swim ladder if I wanted to replace the damaged ladder then looked at the dock and the float.  He replaced the damaged ladder, removed several deck boards, re-positioned the float then  re-attached the deck boards.  Mr. Meador obviously knew what he had to do, wasted no time and inspected the dock and all floats.  Great job! <br /> I recommend Meador Dock to anyone who needs dock repairs or wants a new dock! <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Susan was prompt in consulting with me on the estimate and her price was not only fair but was well below that of the other 2 bidders for the work. Susan also went out of her way to provide me with assistance on color selections and paint finishes - providing large sample boards for me to review before I needed to commit to color and finish choices. Her advice was really valuable and proved to be "right on" in terms of the result I had communicated to her I wanted. She and her co-worker, Tom, arrived on time and consulted with me during the entire job when they thought it was needed. Their work was meticulous and the resulting paint and wall repair were accomplished with absolutely no problems. One of the rooms they did has a faux finish and that room has already prompted many positive comments from visitors. I have recommended Northeast Decorators to friends and family already and am planning on using them again very soon myself for another painting job."

"Rowland showed up 10 minutes early to do a walk around the house and explain what he would be doing. He took the time to explain the products he used and how the concentrate he uses is safe for pets (important for me). The whole process of cleaning my 2000sq ft house and a small 20x20 concrete patio took him about two hours. At the end he took me around the house to make sure I was satisfied. It was a night and day difference on the appearance of my house and patio. If you're on the fence if its worth it you should try it. I'll be requesting his services again future years."
