This was a major project involving demolition , new flooring, updated electrical and plumbing to accommodate a new layout of the bathroom. The company manager/owner, Harvey, was excellent. He provided a detailed project schedule before work began and proactively communicated every step of the way. The quality of the final product exceeded our expectations. "Our home renovation project with Dwell Renovations, consisting of a 350sqft. 4 season sunroom, 800sqft deck, full 1st floor bath and laundry room was conceived in the middle of the challenging COVID pandemic. Though supplies were limited and lead times longer than usual as we headed into the winter months, the project was completed within 6 weeks of the estimated completion date. Dwell s principle, Rowland, provided design ideas, choice of materials along with a phase-by-phase breakdown of the project and estimates of when certain milestones would be met. Rowland was in regular contact with us notifying us supply deliveries, status of required permits (he established a good working relationship with my town), and an almost daily check in on the progress of the project. The overall quality of the work performed by the Dwell team was top shelf. From construction to electrical, to plumbing and HVAC work, all aspects of the project were done to our satisfaction. Dwell even provided architectural services as well helping to visualize what certain design ideas would look like. Though some adjustments were needed to be made, they were few and Dwell was quick to resolve any issues, standing behind the work of their team. I m not one to provide recommendations, however in this rare instance I ll give credit were due. Dwell Renovations proved to be a quality contracting service with a competent team of tradesmen. I highly recommend Dwell Renovations would consider them for our future projects."

"Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."

"Good Morning, Riverside Construction (Gary) did a major construction job for me. He was extremely reliable and maintained the timeline of completion date. He is always professional and his workers were consistently on time. Gary was responsive to me answering any questions and always responded to phone calls in a timely fashion. I would also like to add that the project was the first renovation I had done to my home. I really had no idea where to begin. Gary helped tremendously to walk me through each step, helped with color coordination and overall design. He is extremely talented.
