"I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."

"Couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Had leaks in the bathroom going down into the ceiling of the kitchen from a bad contractor who remodeled the bathroom. Called Ryan & Company to come take a look and the owner Bill came to take a look later that day. Sent out his technician Brandon, who was at our house at 8 AM the next morning to do the repairs. After fixing the leaking shower, we decided he should check the toilet and sink as well to be safe. Sure enough they both had leaks as well, Brandon was able to fix all three leaks very quickly and even did some extra caulking to enhance the appearance. "Altough the mechanic was very nice it took 4 visits to complete the job and fix leaks resulting from the job. The customer service office failed several times to meet their commitments for the mechanic to come back to fix leaks. The owner came the second time with the mechanic and inadvertently opened the valve for my sprinkler system which I had previously winterized. At the owners order the mechanic disassembled the check valve in my sprinkler system to drain out the water caused by the inadvertent valve opening and he was unable to reassemble it. After the owner left he sent me 2 additional estimates to modify my system which I had not asked for. One included the replacement of the check valve that had been disassembled and could not be reassembled, the other did not have the check valve in it. These estimates were for an additional ~ $800. I think that the modificaton could have been done as part of the original job for little if any additional cost since the perception that a modification was needed was caused by a different placement of my bladder tank. I looked on line for the price of the materials which came out to be ~ $500 - $600 retail, I was charged $1600 for the job. Overall I thought the price was excessive. Also, if next spring my sprinkler system develops a leak because of the inadvertent valve opening, they will be back to fix my sprinkler system."
