"Review for Piazza Roofing Rating: 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Piazza Roofing highly enough! We were dealing with an active leak, and they went above and beyond by moving us up the schedule to address the emergency before more damage could occur. From the start, the communication was incredible. Andrew was so kind and professional; he took the extra time to explain the entire situation not just to me, but to my husband and son as well. It was so helpful to have the whole family understand exactly what was going wrong and how they planned to fix it. Andrew’s crew managed to complete the entire roof in just one day, which was no small feat. They discovered that the previous owners had performed unpermitted, substandard work that wasn't done correctly. Piazza Roofing didn't just slap on new shingles they made all the necessary repairs to ensure everything was finally up to code and structurally sound. If you are looking for a company that is honest, efficient, and genuinely cares a"

"I had Delk Siding install siding on our house las October. This was supposed to be done in July/August, but they kept delaying the project. They did a good job, but I noticed a hole in the siding they put in our house with their scaffold. I contacted them about getting the siding fixed, and with back and forth conversation, they stopped responding. I sent them pictures of the damage but they didn't seem to interested in fixing it. They also said they were going to come out and tie down our satelite cable that they moved. It is now just flowing freely against the house. They are not very good at communicating with the customer, as I constantly had to call them to get updates on the original installation. As of May 4, they haven't come out or responded. That's too bad because they did a good job and seemed professional, but communication is not their best asset. I originally gave them five stars, but with the current situation, I reduced it down to a 3."

"Excellent work. From the beginning of the meeting with the sales rep through the workers that handled the deck replacement, they were all friendly and professional. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site. Love my new deck and how quickly the job was completed. I will hire them again for other projects I need done."

"Great friendly clean up all mess looked great when they was done"

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"We had Janke Custom Tile completely remodel our master bathroom. Kevin and his team Kevin's and his team with and his pricing was very reasonable. They started and completed the job exactly unschedule. The workmanship was excellent. We're very pleased with a new master bathroom. "Owner, Justin Silvey is personable, ethical and professional. From my initial call for a quote to project completion he was available to answer questions and concerns from color selection, dumpster placement and a tricky gutter drainage problem. The Element crew was extremely hard working and courteous, arriving on time and working late when necessary. The quoted price only changed due to numerous wood panels that needed replacement which could not be detected until the original shingles were removed. I was fully informed in the quote of this potential increase, so no surprises there. Cleanup was exceptional as the crew combed shrubbery for debris and used magnetic rakes to find stray nails even in the near lawn edges. The Element roofing crew chief was complimentary of his boss (wanting to please him), his wages and the steady amount of work he receives. We highly recommend Element Roofing for your next roofing project."
