We hired Mike's Home Renovations to replace the roof on our garage a while back and were very impressed with the work they did and the spotless clean up that we hired him last spring to take on the entire downstairs remodel of our old farm house while we went away on vacation. They removed all of the paneling, drywall, ceilings, flooring surround tub and entry door. Put in new drywall and ceilings, painted, installed wood flooring and trim throughout and new walkin shower and the entry door. Mike kept us up on the work progress as it went with phone calls and pictures to us. When we returned to see the finished job we were thrilled to say the least! And once again the work site was spotless! Mike is just an all around super great guy to work with and we are hoping to hire him to replace windows this Spring. ☆☆☆☆☆ to Mike, Brittney and Brett! "I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"I first contacted the company because a tree limb destroyed part of a gutter that needed to be replaced. The gutters in general, however, were failing to hold back gushing water during storms. In talking to the technician and looking at the roof, I learned that my gutters were most likely too small for the roof surface area and some of the gutters on the second story were definitely off kilter. Dillon gave me an estimate for gutter replacement that seemed reasonable on site and suggested I opt for the black gutters which look really cool. I would never have thought of that color on my own. All of my interactions with the company were good- they were polite upon initial contact, called when they were going to come late, actually showed up in person for the appointment, which for me is very important, and took the time to answer my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner."

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"I would like to thank Michael Gentz and his Liquid Construction crew for the wonderful job they did on re-roofing my home. I purchased a 20 year old home in Gaylord area 8 months ago knowing there was a problem with “shingle slippage” in an area on the roof. Last fall I contacted a well known local roofing company and received an estimate/quote which i laughed at and threw out. About a month ago i called another local company twice and left a message, I am still waiting on a call back! Seen an ad in local shopping paper from Liquid Construction and gave them a call. Next day Ray came out and gave me three quotes: one for repair of “shingle slippage” area, one for re-roofing of front half side of house where “shingle slippage” had occurred, and a third estimate for complete home and garage (approximately 3,000 square feet total). I did some quick research on approximate cost for re-roofing and he was right in the range. I researched material and shingles they were going to be using to replace: high quality/premium roofing system and quality/premium shingles and supplies. Ray came out next day and I signed contract giving half payment down. Two days later the shingles and roofing supplies arrived. Two days later at 10:00 am a crew of three from Liquid Construction arrived and worked until 9:00 pm, removing existing shingles and underlayment and replacing underlayment and started on re-shingling. The crew arrived first thing the next day at 8:00 am and worked until completion of project at about 5 pm. The crew cleaned up the area and one would be hard pressed to know they were even there! They even blew the leaves and sand out from inside my garage!!! My wife even asked me if I had cleaned it! The crew did an incredible job and have a lot of respect and admiration for the work/time/and energy they put into my roof! Google them, request a quote and then research the roofing system and material/shingles they use….all high quality. Ohhhhhh, and now that I have fully paid Liquid Construction I can say that the quote they gave me was at LEAST 40% LESS than the first quote I received last fall from the other well known roofing company!!!!!!!! Once again I would like to thank Michael Gentz and his crew for the incredible work they performed and would not hesitate to recommend them."

They were very professional, covered my flowers and landscaping before doing the job, went through the yard after with a magnet to do all the cleaning up of the left over parts and nails.
