"Byron tore down the old fence and did a great job putting up the new one. We had a couple ceiling fans installed in our bedrooms. Byron is a great craftsman and built my mom two beautiful custom built-ins along with her bathroom cabinets. My mom also has rental property and we had him change out some of the A/C filters as the ceilings are high and change out some windows. We have hired him again to do a lot of repairs and new work at the rental property to include building a wheelchair ramp, cementing a space for our A/C unit, building a large bench around a tree and fixing some of our loose bricks. We also have a family owned business and one of our yearly events requires putting up a 30x35 temporary building ( a lot of wood work involved). His knowledge in putting up the building helped everything go smooth. We have used Byron for years for small and large jobs. He is excellent in his field and service and we have been very pleased."

"Fred and I had some difficulty getting a time established.  I told the office I would be available at 3 on Thursday.  I left about 10:30 and got home about 2:30.  Fred had called twice, trying to come earlier.  By the time I called him back at 2:30, he had already gone to another job and would come to me about 4-4:30.  He couldn't be sure he'd be through by 6:30, when I had to leave.  So we rescheduled for Friday at 2:30 and again Fred needed to reschedule for Monday.  He arrived a little after noon Monday.  I had removed all the little knick-knacks so he could move light furniture, but he didn't move any furniture.  The office had not told him that I had pre-paid with a credit card because this was an "Angie's Deal" for three rooms.  Fortunately, I had printed oout a copy of the confirmation.  We also had a  discussion about what "three rooms" included.  He decided that the livingroom-diningroom, master BR, and master bath counted as three rooms, and I was satisfied with that.  He left about 2, and the carpet was still pretty damp when my book club arrived at 7.  Everything was dry the next morning. <br /> The actual cleaning was perfect.  He got all the trouble spots clean, and the carpet looks great! <br />"

"<p>Their quality of work and service has not diminished at all from the first remodel they did at our house. They were still prompt with every appointment, and started work on the dates and times they scheduled with us. The bedroom they painted looks great, and we haven't had any problems with the ceiling fan install. The new portions of the fence they installed are fantastic. The new gates are very solid and we expect none of the difficulties we were having with the old wood-framed gates. </p> <p>We had a slight problem in design of the concrete footers for them to overcome; we needed them to offer rainwater drainage from the yard but we also have small dogs that might escape through drainage holes in the footer. Bryant constructed the fence so that the drainage holes were partially blocked by removable boards, so we could take them out if we needed more drainage and replace them afterwards.</p> <p>As before, their prices were reasonable and they completed the work within their initial time estimates. We'll be going back to Bryant to finish up the remaining older portions of our fence, and for a few renovations inside the house.</p> <br />"

"<p>R&R 16 feet of roofing facia of garage and 32 feet of 1" x 4" trim/drip guard. Caulked/sealed all installed items. Installed 6 aluminum corner guards to protect from weathering. R&R a 3 foot section of trim in back of house, caulked/sealed. This piece looked as though it was done hastily. I'll have to follow up with some patchwork.</p> <p>A thorough clean up was done and all waste materials were hauled away. When I arrived home that evening, all work was done and crew had left for the day. Downside - for the amount charged, I would have expected them to match the paint and finish the work. Instead, the wood was left bare and I primed/painted that weekend myself. No offer of a discount was given for lack of finishing the job as I had expected. I would definitely recommend negotiating, item by item, the price before agreeing to hire.</p>"
