"Home Genius came out to install a new roof with architectural shingles , gutters and fascia trim on my home. Communication was outstanding, the team was amazing, and knew exactly what was going on with the project. Roofing project was completed by early afternoon and the team worked very efficiently to get this done in 1 day. The gutter installation was scheduled immediately after completion and finished 4 days later. Ali, AJ, Jamie and the entire crew were unbelievable and made things stress free. I would give them 100 stars if I were able to! I highly recommend Home Genius for all exterior projects and I will be using them for myself, and friends! Thank you"

"Sunshine Contracting was truly exceptional on all aspects of this major project from providing ideas, an accurate detailed estimate, status updates to quality installation craftmanship and delivering as promised at a reasonable price. Their in house install team were truly wizards of Hardee siding installation. Installation was completed well within stated expected timeframe, all while resolving intricacies, and attending to final details. Many in the neighborhood have already commented on how well the house turned out - as we are. They were a hats off pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them for any exterior residential work."

"The work was done in an outstanding manner--everything was cleaned thoroughly and everything put back in place when the work was complete. The roof and gutters were also done and minor repairs done to the gutters and covers to ensure they were in good shape. I have used this company before and will always give them any business I have that they can do. Their prices are fair and their work is first class."

"Our water heater stopped working the night before we were due to go on vacation - with my mother-in-law house sitting while we were away!  I began calling companies off of Angie's List at 7:00 am the next morning.  This company answered when I called and the Office Manager indicated she would coordinate with the owner and get back to me shortly.  They called back within 30 minutes and indicated they would stop by that morning to determine if they would be able to help.  The owner was there by 8:30 am, checked the water heater and found that it was 15 years old and while it might be repairable, he couldn't guarantee how long the water heater might continue working as it had already exceeded its expected life cycle.  We opted to have it replaced.  The price for the replacement water heater and labor was almost $1700.  While this was expensive, we needed a new water heater as soon as possible.  They had the new unit on site and installed by mid-day and everyone was happy - us and the Mother-in-Law!  I would recommend this company for its professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness!  I will use them again.

"Marty was friendly and did a good professional job. We bought one gallon of premium quality SW paint that he recommended. His ability to choose and procure the right paint to match the trim make the doors look outstanding!

"George's painting, inc was responsive and professional from start to finish. The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. The crew was polite, professional, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each work day. I highly recommend this company and would use them again."

"I did have to contact them more than twice to find out when they were coming to fix door."
