One concern we had was that we were getting a musty smell which made us think mold could be a threat to our health.  The encapsulation completely eliminated the odor and has put our minds at ease regarding any future possible mold concerns.  The only thing we would add is that the finished surface is is a only so smooth as it went over pea gravel and a plastic screen-like base.  It does't appear that this will be an issue for us as we move things in and out for storage, but it might others.  Overall, we are very happy!
