"I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I was with this company! We were needing leveling of our home foundation and our driveway. This company was very quick to respond, get a quote, do the work, and clean up after themselves. Their crews were second to none! It is so nice to deal with a company that actually does what they say they’re going to do, and arrives when they say they’re going to arrive! Alex was the first person I met that gave me the estimate. He was very friendly, polite, and knew his job well! After I hired them, the first crew were the ones that worked on our home. They consisted of LJ, Zach, Lee, and Nike. I cannot say enough good things about this crew! They were very polite and friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. LJ was the lead, and he kept me informed every step of the way, and as I said, was so very polite and friendly! I felt I was in very good hands with these men! There was a second crew that finished up on the last day that consisted of Sheldon, Daniel, and Angel. Sheldon was very polite and friendly also, but I didn’t really have much interaction with Daniel or Angel. They were all very professional and knew what they were doing also. The next crew that did our driveway consisted of David and Jesse. Once again, I can’t say enough good things about these two men! They were both also very polite, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing! I had no doubt that everything was being taken care of correctly with these two men! This company would be my first call if I ever needed them again! We have a large home, and a long large driveway, which is why it was more expensive. Thank you so much!"

"Bryan and the Watermark Plumbing team are amazing! He replaced the water heater, garbage disposal, and installed a new toilet. Every time, he is professional, polite, and explains plumbing issues for the plumbing ignorant home owner. He has saved me thousands of dollars by providing an honest opinion. Bryan is a true professional, knows a ridiculous amount about plumbing, and is very clear about repairs and repair costs. The customer service team at Watermark is always available to help, and they schedule your visit at your convenience. You even receive a photo of the person who will do the work, and a short biography. I will not search for other plumbers to work on our home. I will always call Watermark and ask if Bryan is available to help. Bryan at Watermark is the best!"

"Contacted the company on Wednesday morning and asked to setup an appointment. I was fully expecting them to not be available until the next week. To my surprise, he offered to send a truck that afternoon. I decided to make the appointment for the following day at 8:00am. The two younger guys arrived promptly at 8:00 and got to work. Both introduced themselves and were very polite, they explained everything they were doing and the costs. I asked about other services they provide and the guys explained those to me. At no time did they try to up-sell me any services or perform unnecessary work. They even cleaned up after themselves. Overall I am very pleased with the service and will be using them in the future. <br />"

"We have a plumber that we use for any regularly planned plumbing needs.  Since the leaky pipe was not found until after hours on a Friday evening, we was unable to reach him.  We called O'Grady around 6pm and they came out on Saturday.    They sent a two-man team that appeared to be a supervisor and an apprentice.  There was definitely training going on -- supervisor had the new guy evaluate the issue and plan the fix.   I enjoyed listening to their conversation explaining why they were doing what they were doing.  Once the apprentice got to work on the plan, I asked the supervisor to look at the home water filter since we already had the water turned off.  All went well until the next week.  One day the following week, we found the master toilet no longer re-filled after flushing.  It didn't seem to be related to the work that was done, but we called O'Grady to check it out.  We just left the back door open for them and when we got home it was fixed.  Apparently, dirt got into the incoming water line (probably when the filter was changed) and it caused the toilet  water inlet to get clogged.   <br /> <br />"

"came out and inspected the septic system and leach field. He was very knowledgeable and provided information to myself and my realtor as well as the seller. my realtor said she would recommend him for future inspections of this nature. not sure on the cost but i think it was around 2-300. You also need to get your tanks pumped out so he can see what is going on in them so that adds a big cost. <br />"

"My aunt had quite a bit of work done with Advanced and highly recommended so we had them out along with a few others. Bob came in and was very polite and professional We went through 2-3 other foundation companies as this is a big expense and wanted to do our due diligence. Every one else quoted the work that needed to be done to get the foundation level that would put money in their pocket, except Bob. He showed me the contour diagram he created for our house and that the majority of the home is quite even to itself. The high area is actually over the reported plumbing leaks and that , once the leaks are repaired and our home being built on expansive clay, that area might become more even and no work would be necessary. He also said that if I fix the foundation before the leaks, the bathroom might sink lower than the rest of the house afterwards. The other companies were either intentionally deceptive with that information, or oblivious to it. Either way, the experience and transparency of Advanced is who I want on my side when working wit the my largest asset."

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Midlothian, TX

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
