"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

"To get a bid on finding and fixing a water leak, I reached out to Michael. The Water Department kept sending me notices about a problem. I was losing up to 3 gallons per day. I had had a leak in the main valve to the house and the valve controlling the sprinkler system. I had paid another company the previous month $1700, so I knew it couldnâ t be that. Michale arrived on time and in less than a few minutes, he found the problem. Yes, Michael found the problem to be the main valve that had been repaired previously. The other company used the wrong sized piping and water was shooting everywhere. This was all underground and not visible. Michel explained to me the problem in laypersonâ s term. Provided a video and had the problem fixed right this time in about .5 hours. I can truthfully say I have a new plumber. Iâ d recommend this man and his company to anyone I cared about and anyone who wants an honest plumber and human being. Even with this shotty job by the other company Micheal left me with a renewed faith in humanity (till I watched the news)."

"Our 18yrold AO Smith water heater's thermocouple failed so we were going to have it repaired. J Rowe set appt for 4days from when I called. So our large family had no hot water, but because of the good reviews, I was willing to wait. Plus it allowed me to research other plumbers. We decided to just replace the WH because of age. Because ours had lasted so long, we had questions about what Rheem model they would install. A plumber swung by early a.m. (probably before his shift started) just to take a look at what our setup was and understand what we were wanting to get. Plumber was Jason. He seemed very knowledgeable, respectful and honest so I put my trust in him (and J Rowe Plumbing). It was a plus that he had 25 yrs experience, too. He came back later that day with an assistant (Nathan) and got it all done in approx 2 hrs. They wore masks (Covid), cleaned up after themselves, and took the old HW. I have to note, that I was consistently contacted on when to expect our plumber AND received a picture of him so I'd know who to expect. That was a great plus since I was a woman home alone at the time. I listed the cost as fair. Their quoted price was about as much as the other plumber I considered (although he was wanting to do a Bradford White model, but only a 1yr warranty for him ). Time will tell whether this Rheem classic professional WH will last the 12yrs gas water heaters "should." I feel confident that I chose the right plumber and plumbing company. J Rowe's warranty for parts and labor, overall helpful attitude, along with Jason, made choosing JRowe Plumbing easy."

"We had an appointment for 3:00pm.  It rained that morning.  Stuart called me around 11am to let me know he was running about an hour behind due to the rain.  He asked if that was ok or if we would need to reschedule.  I was fine with the time change and Stuart was punctual at 4:00pm.  I really appreciated the advance notice.  Most companies would call you at 3pm and tell you they were running late.  I found this very respectable.  Stuart looked over the AC and measured the voltage on my request.  He didn't try to up sell me on anything.  I find that they always say you need something else...even if you don't.  I got to talking with Stuart about my concerns on the coolness of my house.  He volunteered to take a look in my attic to determine the thickness of my insulation.  I have known that it was not up to snuff.  Stuart sent me a reasonable quote that evening for additional insulation.  I was very please with the service and would definitely recommend Stuart Hvac to my friends and neighbors!
