"We needed an old concrete and brick stoop removed and replaced as well as some mortar repointing. The new stoop looks really nice and they took the time to make sure they were repairing all the damaged mortar around the foundation. Everything looks great. We paid what we were quoted and the price seemed average for what we had done based on the information I found online. I called multiple places around town and couldn’t get anyone to even give me a quote. I called them and had a quote the next day."

"They did perform the work, same day, very neatly, the gentleman who showed up was the owner of the service, and he was polite, professional, and accommodated the work the same day. I was in a hurry and needed to get some work done quickly; they come out and provide a quote, but indicated their minimum was $500 worth of work to take on the job when Home Advisor had indicated the work was valued at about $400. When we noted a home inspector had indicated the roof 'boots' needed to be replaced, they offered to check on the potential replacements, quote a price, then perform the work the same day. First, they offered a quote for $2,500, which seemed exorbitant for replacing two boots on the roof, then came down to $2,100, then I countered (and they accepted) for $2,000 which included the initial $500 for building the rain dam by the chimney. So honestly, I don't know if I overpaid or paid just about the right price for the boot replacements. Personally, when I review the project and the work, I think $1,000 would have a MORE reasonable price. I would recommend that dealing with ANY roofing repair company to get at least a second quote on the work before accepting the job, even if the company offers to do the work the same day."

"They did an excellent job replacing our old front steps with new beautiful concrete. It looks wonderful and we are so happy with how it turned out. They were efficient and polite, as well as very good at communicating to set up the date and time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for concrete help!"

"We had erosion under our outbuilding. We thought we could take care of it ourselves. After more than a year of continued erosion, we gave up and called Traditional Masonry! They were out to our house the next day! The concrete footer went right in the first day. The second day required some relocation of some dirt piles we had near the work site. On the third day, we had a beautiful new retaining wall! Things I liked: 1) The speed with which the work was done. 2) The skill with which the work was done. 3) The cleanliness of the workers. The place is cleaner now than before they came. They left no trash for us to clean up. 4) They did not smoke while on our work site. 5) They didn't play loud music while working. 6) They did everything they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it. It's hard to find a contractor who can meet all these criteria....But Traditional Masonry does! I highly recommend them and will use them again for some more masonry projects we have in store."
