"After a poor experience with the contractor who installed granite countertops in my kitchen, I was looking for another contractor to install the counter in my half bath and a co-worker recommended Granite Masters. Since I was only looking to do a small vanity, I had to choose from their remnants, but they had the stone I was looking for to match my kitchen and their prices were so competitive that I decided to go ahead and do my guest bathroom as well. "I am beyond impressed with the work and customer service provided by Counter Culture! They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a exceptional experience. We visited quite a few different granite/quartz showrooms in Lexington and found that Counter Culture had the best selection for white quartz and was reasonably priced. What really made our experience so great was that after the counters had been installed, that evening we realized we needed our dishwasher bracketed to the counters. We texted GJ (the President of Counter Culture) and he came out at 7:00pm that same night. We were not expecting him to drop everything and come out that night and were blown away by the level of care and customer service he provided. While the counters and workmanship is beautiful, I think our experience speaks volumes to the overall experience and attention you will receive as a customer here!"

"We wanted to replace our bathroom vanity tops which were each 5 feet long. I picked out the slab first. Then the guys came to measure and remove the tops. I went back and templated out the slab and it was installed within a week. We also had them re-seal the kitchen granite and polish out an etched spot for an additional $300. The removal of the etched spot took a few trips but the problem was resolved and the countertop look almost as good as new. I doubt if anyone would notice. We also bought under mount sinks from Granite America for the bathroom which was included in the price. It did price out to $39/sq foot as advertised. I would use them again. <br />"

"Excellent. This project involved electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and drywallers. The project supervisor checked in and out with me each day the workers were here. There was never more than one day of no work being done. (Once the project started, the supervisor assured it was completed in a timely and efficient manner.) Each and every crew cleaned up after themselves very well on a daily basis before leaving. Each worker was friendly and had pleasant manners. The bid was not the cheapest, but this company made sure all the work was of top quality and up to code. We got what we paid for - professional quality and service."
