"Kim did a great job all around.  A couple of the repairs took a lot of effort.  He explained what was broken and why, also how to avoid some of the problems in future.  He also left me the information on how to get a free replacement cartridge from Moen if this one breaks.  The only problem was that the appointment was scheduled to start between 10 AM & noon, but he wasn't able to get there until 3:00.  The office called at noon to let me know that an earlier appointment was taking much longer than expected and that he'd be there by 2:00.  Since I was planning to be around the house all that day anyway, it wasn't a huge inconvenience, but might have been on another day.  I've always been happy with the work this company has done replacing and maintaining my furnace, and I am also pleased with how the plumbing repairs went. <br />"
