"I hired USA Water Heaters to replace my broken Tankless Water Heater with a new unit. I contacted them through their website about 10AM describing my problem and they responded with a quote and two options in about 30 minutes. I opted for the upgraded unit and by 12:30 the same day the technician arrived to install a new water heater. The installation took about 2 1/2 hours and the workmanship is excellent. I am a very satisfied customer and would use them again. The one day service was a big plus."

Therefore, I felt comfortable working with The Water Heater Company to install my new Bradford White gas tank water heater. Tanner was highly professional, cleaned up after the job, and went through everything he did installing my new tank. "Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Would highly recommend Drain Town Rooter to anyone. May be a funky company name but they did a great job on my Tankless water heater install. Ryan was excellent and even came back after I removed the old tank box/stand, had some drywall repair and painting done, to re-route the pressure relief pipe straight down which had been routed around the old tank box. Cosmetic but much cleaner looking. I’d hire them for other plumbing jobs as well."

"Said they charged by the job and quoted $150 to put in a toilet we bought. Then left the job cause he got a call and came back the next day to install a copper line for the fridge.. the connection was already there and he charge another $125 for 20 minutes of work. Not a happy camper since he never told us it would be $125 for 20 minutes of work and the cooper line.  If it only took 20 minutes I'm not sure why he couldn't have finished it the day before. Never got the "Angie's list discount" that I know of. Watch out for their pricing!! I suggest getting it in writing before they start!
