"Spartan Pools and Ponds has been servicing our pool for 3 years. Our water is always pristine! They are prompt, courtiers and quick to respond to questions. We bought a heater from them when ours aged out and it was installed in hours without a hitch. WOW, what a difference! The pool and spa now heats up in 70% of the time. I highly recommend Spartan Pools and Ponds for your every pool need, including new purchase and installation. Jordan and Sam are men of integrity who really care for their customers."

"We used Kirk (Affordable Pool Solutions) from a referral from Fox Pools. We have been extremely satisfied. Our pool was pristine all season long last year. Despite a hole in our pool cover, this year the pool was ready to go in only a couple of days...not that we have been in it yet as the temperature is a bit chilly. There has never been a problem with our pool cleaners with our dogs. They put up with them well. Have never seen any mistreatment by the guys towards our dogs which tend to want to get in their faces when they are bending over.
Kirk explained the operation of the pool and pump when he first came out as when Fox Pools opened the pool they were in and out before we knew it.
This is our first pool that we have owned. It was inspected by our home inspector before the home purchase. While we were EXTREMELY satisfied with the home inspector, we should have had a pool person inspect the pool as we didn't get information like the age of the pump and filter system. (Kirk and his crew had nothing to do about this.)  I had no idea that the pump and filter were original equipment going on about 25 years old. It will need to be replaced this year but Kirk has gone above and beyond to keep it going for the summer.
My only complaint is that sometimes when you call and talk to Kirk, he answers the phone when he is busy doing something and is short/wants to get off the phone abruptly. He really needs to learn that he should let the call go to voice mail and call back. As a still novice pool owner I might have question about what he has told me during the call but his manner is so abrupt that I usually forget the question. He also seemed like I should have known how old the pump and filter were instead of being surprised by it age and need for replacement.

"We had an estimate including all the items we needed done.  We had a bathroom heater fan replaced, 1 ceiling fan replaced, 1 light fixture replaced with a fan/light, a spotlight replaced with a track light, 2 additional outlets installed in the garage, several outlets in the kitchen replaced with modern ones.  Our tech worked steadily and without rushing.  It took him 2 full days and they honored the exact estimate.  He had to replace the boxes on both of the ceiling fan units so he had to go into the hot attic.  We are very pleased with the work.

"Incredible! Pool Envy should be the envy of every other pool company out there; these guys were amazing!!! On time, efficient, helpful, informative and fair pricing. I got the run around from at least 7 other pool companies I called to replace my heater, but Pool Envy immediately knew what to do and got the job DONE! These guys are the best!!!"

"They did a whole house electrical inspection a couple of months ago, and they even changed out burned out light bulbs for me.  I give them a B on the price; they're a little high, but they do a good job.  I didn't even ask them; they just said have you got any extra bulbs, we will change them out for you. They weren't repairing anything, they were just inspecting to make sure my electrical system was working.  I've had an air conditioner, a heater, a whole house generator, and a whole house humidifier put in by them.  They do annual electric and plumbing inspections as well as heat and air inspections, they are always extremely nice and do a good job when they do an installation, and I appreciate the inspections that are free.  They did an inspection last winter on the heater, but no work actually.  When they installed the new heater, it's worked just fine.  They just inspect it on a yearly basis."

"I've been using Poolwerx since December of 2022. They've done an outstanding job with repairs to my filter and pipes, water balancing, and bi-weekly cleaning. My pool is open all year. Thanks to Poolwerx, it is always crystal clear and clean. I can't say enough good things about them."

"AMAZING JOB!!!! I love this company. They did an incredible job and my house looks great. I am attaching pics because I could not describe the difference. They cleaned up every little thing when they left. I know along with my Community Builders windows I am going to notice a huge energy savings. Next job with Community Builders will be my bathroom redone and a walk-in shower installed. I cannot speak highly enough about this company."
