And the tile work he did was amazing. He did the project on schedule, for the estimated cost, and did a masterful job. "Communication was great, estimate was quickly generated, craftsmanship was excellent. Bought our house several months before the work was performed and the insurance company wanted some minor issues fixed. I called several construction companies and went with MDG. They promptly responded to my request of an estimate, stopped by and took a look at my roof "bubbles" and gave me a price. Came back several days later and repaired the raised shingles on my roof. They fixed 2 spots, but only charged me for the repair of 1. They saw the second area with issues once they got up on the roof. <br /> It was around $100 total for the repairs. The workers explained what caused the problem and gave me their opinion on the lifespan of the roof. I believe that the owner, Matt, and an assistant were the workers who performed the work. It has been a year since the work was done and I cannot remember, but the repaired areas have held up in an excellent manner."

"Most excellent. We started with them to improve the energy efficiency of our house (separate project). When it came time to look at moving away from our oil heat, they took the time to help us understand the options and chart our best path forward which at the time was a geothermal system with a different company. The geothermal wells though, did not work for us on our land. We came back to Envinity and the time was right as the Acadia system was new and perfect for what we needed. Working with them was a pleasure. They have great attention to detail and communication through the process. Most important to us, they are craftsmen looking to do it right, not to "just get it done." The installed system has been wonderful. The heat was noticeably nicer than the oil forced air system. It seemed more even, not as dry and 'fresher' for lack of a better word. Now it is summer and the AC part of the system is quite effective. We try to minimize its use but just taking the humidity out of the air makes a big difference."
