"Great results from waterproofing. Turned my spring flooding anxiety to calm. As humidity rose in summer, I put in a small dehumidifier. Made basement noisy as it struggled to dry and produced a lot of heat. As temperatures rose to about 83 down there and the humidity rose to over 68%, I had same people put in a whole basement commercial-grade dehumidifier. The small unit dropped the humidity to around 50% in less than an hour. Incredible performance and have me peace of mind and peace and quiet downstairs. Temperature dropped gas as well. Weel worth the price to save my most expensive investment."

He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:00 sharp every morning and worked till 4:00 each day. We had some extra issues in the 65-year-old house that Usin handled professionally with complete communication. "I've got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasn't properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. If I ever have a larger need, they'll certainly be my first call. I would highly recommend K&X construction if you need any services that they offer."
