Henry at iPave was one of the first contractors to contact me. He turned around a quote faster than anyone AND had a great price. During the estimating process Henry was a pleasure to deal with. He returns calls promptly & his genuine, relaxed personality makes him very easy to communicate with. We were able to schedule installation surprisingly quickly. From first contact to installed driveway took just over 2 weeks. Which is fantastic. Henry said he & the rest of the crew would be on the job at 8am & he meant it. They were unloaded & breaking ground at 7:58am. It may not seem like much, but when a contractor shows up EXACTLY when they say they will, it's a great feeling. All of the equipment looked very new & well cared for, which is always a good sign. The crew had a great vibe & seemed eager to get to work. Henry operated the skid steer, which was great to see. When the estimator is also hands-on during installation, there's no chance of miscommunication. The crew was finished & cleaned up by 2:30pm.
