"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"work was done neat and quickly and very professional customer service was top notch would have him back needed"

"I needed service on my dishwasher on a Saturday. Nolan Appliance Repair returned my call within an hour. Edmund put me in his schedule that day and was at my house within 3 hours of my initial call. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem. He worked efficiently and neatly. His fee was very reasonable. He also guaranteed his work should a follow up appointment be necessary. I would highly recommend Nolan Appliance Reair."

"I needed the Defrost system assembly replaced in my refrigerator. I called around and I couldn’t afford the prices or just couldn’t get someone to come do it. A friend from Framingham recommended Horizon Appliance Solutions but said they only work in the Ashland area and I live in Boston. A gentleman answered my call was very polite. I explained my situation and the difficulties I’m having finding someone to do the work. He reassured me that someone will come see the job by the end of that same day. They came same day, did the work and charged less than 3 other quotes I received. I cannot thank them enough. In difficult times so good to know there still are good people. Thank you Alex and everyone at Horizon."

"The guy that came was very nice, didn't make a mess and had my fridge fixed in 40 minutes. I would call them again for any appliance repairs. I also bought my appliances there 2 years ago and they had great people to help me chose what was best for me.

"After our in person meeting/measurement session, Sara put together two good designs and then listened to us to build a hybrid of the two designs that we think will work really well. Quick turnaround, and the visit to the Kitchen Center was worth the trek. Payment for our design will be a down payment on cabinetry."
