He used red oak for the table top and finished it with three coats of low gloss polyurethane and a finish coat of BRI wax. The underside of the table and the reinforcing strips are even finished off. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away.
