They were able to set up a makeshift space for us in our basement so we had a kitchen to use while the work was going on AND they even helped with an outdoor drainage problem we had in our yard. "Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

Chris and Nathan really know what they are doing. They are very professional, nice and so easy to work with. They gave us lots of ideas we were not even thinking about. The end result is gorgeous! We are so happy with their work. Simeon does fantastic tile work. Price was right and work was above and beyond. The painter they hired for our home was fantastic - we really liked Paul.
