The ladies I spoke with to set up the appointment were very friendly and kind. The tech that arrived was timely and very helpful. He removed our old sump pump and replaced it with a new one. The only reason I am rating them a B instead of an A is because we could not believe how high the cost was for this project. "The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."

He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost.
