"Thanks to his expertise in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and installation, Joe Rossi corrected a botched kitchen installation of another contractor. He also installed a new tile bathroom - shower - vanity - toilet, making the most of a small space. He also intalled a new water heater and washer/dryer unit, as well a wall-mounted heater/AC. In another house adjacent, Joe Rossi removed a crumbling stone porch and replaced it with a new stone porch/ steps, with a sturdy metal railing around, getting my property more curb cred. For each project, Joe Rossi gave his full attention to all details in a timely and professional manner. He kept me updated about each project and explained what needed to be done and how."

"Hugh's three workers were fantastic. They completed the work on the deck replacement in a day-and-a-half. The work was done cleanly with no damage to the landscaping that is so close to the project. Clean up when the project was completed is superior to any other we had done in the past. The refurbished storm door looks brand new and is a welcoming addition to the project. "Eddie Drake and his crew did an awesome job! I have found it rare that a contractor does everything they say they will do...and then more! Eddie communicated with us to keep us up to date on the start date, then started when they promised. He was in touch with us daily to check on the progress of the job and visited himself to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. The work crew was clean with the materials and very respectful. They took a lot of pride in their work. They told us each day which area of the house they planned on working so we were able to move our cars out of the garage to have access. The siding was exactly what we ordered and installed perfectly. Any little thing, and they were few, we saw was fixed the very next day. The project manager, Steve, was also there daily to check the work and make sure we were pleased. The workmanship was so good that we even added a new picture window to the job. That too, was installed in a timely manner, and again, cleanly and efficiently. Even after the job was completed, they came back and reinstalled a cable wire that I asked him to move - the next day. They even replaced some screens, that were old, and to be sure they all matched, they replaced all of them in that area of the house at no additional charge. When everything was finished, you would never know anyone was there, with the exception of a perfect exterior! (The perfect company name!) It was a pleasure to work with Eddie and his team. Many positive comments about the finished product. I would highly recommend."

"As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

"I found this company while searching the internet for contractors in my area. Derek (Owner) was my 5th a final estimate. In this case, saving the best for last was a TRUE statement. I will be honest, was Derek the cheapest? No...Was he the most expensive, absolutely not. Was he the most professional, straight forward, honest.....YES. I have never met or spoke with Derek before we met the day of our estimate. Derek was the only one to bring documentation about his company, his insurance policies, and provided a full written contract within DAYS of our initial meeting. We worked on a price that was fair for both of us and he broke down all of his costs to highlight why his price was where it was. It is the little things that won him the job. Changing the locks on my basement door so I would never have to worry about anyone coming upstairs, ordering a port-a-potty so no one would have to use my bathroom inside, daily morning phone calls to let me know what was being done that day and the upcoming days, etc. Every single one of his workers were kind, intelligent, hard working, and professional. Choosing Derek to complete my project was a choice I am glad I made. Derek is a perfectionist, and will not stop until it is 110%.
