After removing the glass, he left to go purchase a new pane, and returned quickly, finishing up the job in about 15 more minutes. "I call Shaun on a Wednesday to get an estimate on installing on a new roof on our home in New London, CT. We made an appointment and Shaun was at our home promptly at the appointed time. I told him that I thought we needed a new roof and that we had had a leek. He inspected the roof and told me it was old but would last for a few more seasons. We live in another state and wanted the roof replaced. He gave us a price which was in the ballpark of what i expected to pay. What sold me on SJM was that they had another job delay and he could have a crew here tomorrow. At 9:00 a dumpster was delivered and at 9:30 a crew of seven workers. arrived. By 5:00 pm his crew had completed the job, the job was inspected by the City and every thing was cleaned up. I would give SJM my highest recommendation. The only thing that did not go well was that some of my shrubs were crush. Shaun wanted to pay for them, but they will come back.. It was a pleasure working with SJM Roofing."
