Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."

"I try to leave reviews on every business that I’ve been in contact with. I can say that this company, “Joe the Plumber” in CT (a Perras Family Co.) is simply awesome. I had used them years ago on my first house here in Glastonbury. They were great then. Maybe 10 years later (this morning) we woke up with no water on our ‘new’ home (24 years old), also in Glastonbury. I called the first number I had on my iPhone at 7am (spoke to a very professional person named Willy) and within 3 hours Wayne Perras (the service tech) & Co were here addressing the problem. The the techs doing the installation were great! Not only were they very knowledgeable, they were also extremely courteous. They cleaned everything up when they were done. You would never know that they had been there."

He put in a new sump pump that was of higher quality than the one we had, and we are pleased with it. The only drawback was the fact that since this happened on a Saturday, there was an additional charge that was higher than we expected, but his work was excellent."
