Woods Plumbing Company. My husband, Greg, phoned them this morning and even though they said they were quite busy, they would work to fit us in tomorrow morning. But then my husband received a call and was told the plumber, Bill H. was on his way to our home. Bill fixed the issue within a short period of time and the leak stopped. However, in the end, the entire problem was resolved by just replacing a couple of gaskets. "I purchased $200.00 of plumbing service for $79.00 (special). I needed new fixtures installed for a leaking bathtub faucet, which I provided. 2 associates of Dublin Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time on Tuesday, 3/2916. They walked into the bathroom and exited. One asked if "Jim" had called me to let me know they would need to cut a hole in the hall wall in order to replace the fixtures. I advised that no one had called me even though my number is listed on this account and I had also provided my husband's number in case there were any questions, etc. We were not prepared for holes in the wall at that time and decided that perhaps we should just replace the 29 year old bathtub, surrounds and fixtures. The associates were very helpful in letting us know what we would need to purchase in order for them (Dublin Plumbing) to replace everything. My husband asked for an estimate. Jim was called and we were informed it would be approximately $800.00-$1,000.00 labor. Since we had paid for $200.00 worth of labor, we asked if this would be deducted from the actual labor cost and were informed it was highly unlikely. So, basically, we paid $79.00 for $200.00 of labor and received nothing but some advice. If Jim had called us beforehand and asked about access to the plumbing, we would have canceled the appointment. No one called and we paid in advance. It is doubtful I will use Angie's List in the future and we haven't decided on Dublin Plumbing yet.

"I truly enjoyed having Gary work on our project and I plan to hire him in the next few months to do my kitchen remodel. What sets him apart from the rest is his integrity. When he tells you he will call or come over, he does it. His price is his price and all receipts are documented. The quality of his work is excellent!
I did wait over a month for Gary to work on my project, but he is well worth the wait. (Frankly, I take that as a good sign that he is busy because that means he is very good.)
