He went to Lowe's on the way to his nex appointment and advised them of the situation (I still had the original purchase paperwork from Lowe's); however, they did not sell the part needed. Lowe's then contacted me to discuss and referred me to the manufacturer for a free part Harbor Breeze. After the part was shipped Tom returned to my house and repaired the pan. It works fine now."
