Heath and the guys were very friendly and easily answered all of my questions. It appeared that the three of them had a great rapport with each other and enjoyed their work.

"Ammar showed up on time as anticipated. He was very professional, came in with mask and foot booties on. He assessed our kitchen sink faucet and said he did not have parts for our Cygnet faucet which we purchased as a package from granite formations and that I would have to order parts or he could provide a new fixture to replace our existing faucet which he had all the parts for installation. The price for the new faucet and installation was more than what we wanted to spend on this repair so we thanked him for his time and shared we were nit interested in purchasing a new fixture. He was fine with our decision and did not charge us for his time to assess our circumstances and wished us well. All good.... we have never used ecoplumbers previously. I found them very professional and timely. I believe for our application they were not the right fit for us...."

They provided a recommendation if we had a problem in the future, but today's visit was confirmation that we didn't have a broken water line or anything major. "I have been with them for a long time, but I do not like the trend that I am seeing. Their coverage is starting to be less and less. They are quick, and they will respond. The quality of what they do is good, just getting them to do it is the problem. Its more out of pocket than it use to be. I didn't like last time, I had a repair done on an air conditioner. The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."
