"I called on a Saturday night for our septic tank to be pumped out. They told me that they would have someone contact us the next morning. They called around 8:30am and was there within an hour. The tech pumped it out and said we still had a clog from the main line to the tank and we needed to have a field tech come out. Told my husband that they could have someone come out the same day. So I called them again, they said they could have a tech there in 2 hrs. Brent H and his supervisor Dan came out, determined we did have a clog. My husband found them two buckets so when he opened the clean out he could catch the sewage. After 3 hours and a few problems he finally was able to get it unclogged. My complaint is that after a week, my husband went to check the basement for any leaks and found the two buckets were left in the basement. So we disposed of it ourselves, although that should've been his job <br />"

The service technician refused to look at the unit due to company policy that they do not service units that are on a rooftop(condo installation) that they did not install. They are polite on the phone but you may wait for the service and not get your unit inspected or repaired."
