"Definitely a very qualified installer for my new garage door, however, expect a 90 day lead time for installation."

"This entire team was a pleasure to work with on my window replacements. The windows are a very good quality, the two gentleman who installed them were so wonderful. They were quick but did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are not cheap, but Zen was by far the most reasonably priced option for a quality product that I found. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or rushed to make decisions but when I was ready everything moved very smoothly. Highly recommend this company if you need replacement windows or doors."

"Amazing system! Did a lot of research on alarm systems....so glad I went with 1st security! They came to my house and explained everything to me, were not pushy at all. Came and installed the system a few days later....took the time to explain everything to me and did an amazing job with the installation. And the price is excellent, both the installation fee and the month to month. So happy with my decision."

"The installation was amazing. They had all 15 replaced in a little over 4 hours. One gentleman replaced and the second followed behind, cleaning up and doing inside finishing. Three came back the next day to do outside insulation and trim. The windows are fabulous. My only problem has been getting the follow-up paperwork. I'm not terribly worried (at this point) because I am relying on their reputation to follow through."

"The overall experience was great.  The arrived the morning of September 2 and started working.  It just so happened that this was to be the hottest 3-4 days of the summer.  The guys worked until early afternoon and stopped for the day because of the heat.  They returned on the 3rd and again had to stop by early afternoon because it was so hot.  They finished on the 4th.  Correy came out on Monday, Labor Day to sweep off the pavers and step and to make sure everything had settled correctly.  He did not have to do this as it was a holiday, but he did.  The delay did not bother me as I knew how hot it was and it was just unbearable.  They did a wonderful job.  I love the look of the pavers and step.  I am so glad that I went ahead and had the new step installed.  Everyone was very courteous and professional and everything was cleaned up after the work was completed.  I would definately recommend Fletcher's Custom Design Brick Paving and will use them again if I decide to do my driveway."

"I hired Smith and Rogers to install tile in my laundry room.   I was able to get the estimated done on a Saturday which was great. My only complaint is that I had to call three times to get the job scheduled.  Once I got a call back they were able to install the tile the next day which I appreciated because they knew I was in a rush to get the job done.   Dan and Jason did a great job. They arrived on time and worked efficiently.  I chose a multi color tile and Dan did a good job of arranging the tiles so that the colors looked random.  They came back the next morning to grout the tile which was also done quickly.  I also liked that I only had to provide the tile and grout and they brought the rest of the supplies.  Their price sounded a little high at first but once I factored in the supplies that they provide I could see that they were reasonably priced. I would recommend Smith and Rogers if you are looking for a good tile installer.
