"Very well. They scheduled with us, and installed on the same day we got our new furnace. They worked with the HVAC guys so that everyone could do what they needed and still get out of the driveway. Usually buying windows is as ugly as buying a used car. This was painless. They gave us a price and that was a promise. Took a while to get the windows, but supply chain issues, NOT Zen was the key. "I hired Smith and Rogers to install tile in my laundry room.   I was able to get the estimated done on a Saturday which was great. My only complaint is that I had to call three times to get the job scheduled.  Once I got a call back they were able to install the tile the next day which I appreciated because they knew I was in a rush to get the job done.   Dan and Jason did a great job. They arrived on time and worked efficiently.  I chose a multi color tile and Dan did a good job of arranging the tiles so that the colors looked random.  They came back the next morning to grout the tile which was also done quickly.  I also liked that I only had to provide the tile and grout and they brought the rest of the supplies.  Their price sounded a little high at first but once I factored in the supplies that they provide I could see that they were reasonably priced. I would recommend Smith and Rogers if you are looking for a good tile installer.
