Nate kept us informed as to when the crew would be there and helped with picking out the best color for the ceiling since it would have been very dark to use the same color as our existing vinyl. It turned out beautiful and looks as if it were built with the house. You cannot tell that it is an addition."

"Was concerned a crack in my concrete foundation needed repair. BJ Denny came out, inspected, and explained how the crack doesn’t need repair now. That preventative measures need to be taken outside with my downspouts to keep water away from the foundation to prevent further erosion, thus further damage. Very pleased he didn’t try to overfix the damage, and he gave me a lot of advice for preventative measures. Very professional and trustworthy!"

"We hired JB Construction Innovations to do a complete renovation on an older home in Frankfort KY - we took a 5 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home to a 4 bedroom 4 bath home with their help. We opened and moved walls - redesigned space and the outcome was absolutely stunning. They did a great job from planning, design, permitting and construction and completion down to clean up. We would absolutely use them again. This home was purchased to utilize as an AirBNB and we are up and operational and doing well. I needed to have a structural engineer approve the plans, Marin’s Construction was very willing to work with the structural engineer and were very helpful to have the plans approved. They were able to start the project as soon as I was ready for them to begin. They also finished it within a very reasonable amount of time. Every time I asked for their suggestion, they were willing to give me a suggestion but also were very willing to listen to exactly I wanted to have completed, which was very nice. my project was an inside addition, they always notified me when they were going to come and they always showed up at the time they stated they would. When job was finished it looked great. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in any future project I might have."
