The damage to the old patio enclosure occurred during several huge snow storms experienced in 2009 in this part of the country. Unfortunately, we were in the process of buying the house and the snow storms occurred while we were under contract for the purchase. When we decided to buy the house, one of the main selling points was the enclosed patio overlooking the golf course, so we were devastated when we found out it was damaged beyond repair. Tom Edger was very sympathetic to our plight and made sure the new enclosure was delivered and installed within budget and on time. His service and accessibility before, during and after the new enclosure was installed were way beyond professional courtesy. Our new enclosure is leak free and we love the versatility of having big glass sliding windows as well as screens. The enclosure itself is excellent quality and the service provided by Patio Enclosures Inc was superb. "We received several quotes from roofing companies but Steve really sold us on Fredericksburg Builders. Our neighbors had also used them and were very happy with them. One thing that made them stand out was that we wanted new gutters and they were able to get them in many different colors, vs. a competitor that could only get them in white or brown, where we definitely needed a taupe or beige color. I appreciated that Steve told us upfront that our roof wouldn't show as 3-dimensional as our neighbors because of our pitch being alot lower, so I wasn't surprised at the end. We had a couple little hiccups, but Steve and his crew were ready to take care of them, quickly and professionally. "After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. <br /> <br /> After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. It has added several additional months to our porch usage in our short Minnesota summer seasons. I highly recommend this product for any new screen porch or porch renovation job!"

"Purchased storage shed with 1/2 down and remainder upon delivery. The actual shed itself is fine; the design, materials and construction quality are all acceptable. <br /> However, the overall experience was not good. Beware that this is not one company. It is more like a franchise operation of independent contractors. One person sells it, another person does the site prep, another person does delivery and none of these people are employees of Ohio Outdoor Structures. <br /> First, the sales person (Michael). He called me repeatedly (the word and quot;houndedand quot; comes to mind) to put money down on the unit. As explained to him, this project was dependent on obtaining a building permit, so nothing was happening until that step was done. In the meantime, Michael recommended another person to do the site prep. Bad move. After speaking with this other person to review the job site and make an estimate, it was clear that he had never built a post and beam support system. No way was I going to be his on the job training. Had another company build it. <br /> Secondly, the delivery person. This is yet another independent contractor. Had trouble getting him to return my calls and finally got a delivery date committment from Michael (Sales). Another bad move. Found out later, the Sales person was making committments for the delivery guy that the delivery person wasn't aware of. Right hand / left hand thing going on. <br /> Overall, very unprofessional outfit. If you're willing to put up with the nonsense of multiple contractors where no one takes responsibility, have at it. You might get a shed, but I wouldn't recommend it. Too many other good pre-built structures out there. <br />"

"I did receive four different proposals for the project and I chose Windows and More. They were not the cheapest but I felt the most comfortable with them. The products are high quality, the warranties are great, and they have a great reputation. There was only one issue with the doors, one of them was reversed from the way it should have been. The doors were custom and another had to be ordered on rush. They made sure it was right and we were very satisfied. Every business has complaints or makes mistakes, but Windows and More went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This is why I always recommend them."
