He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. I would continue to use them in the future. After discovering that we didn't have hot water on a Saturday morning, I called Ben Franklin, who installed the water heater in April. After two attempts contacting their answering service, they finally contacted me 2 hours after the 2nd attempt when I had gotten another plumber. The owner called me on Monday and apologized for his answering service and offered to pay for the service call from the other plumber and install the gas valve required for free. I really think this is excellent customer service. When you acknowledge that you have a problem with your system and immediately make it right, that is all you can expect from a service provider. They have done excellent work for me in the past and only my initial frustration made me call someone else. I recommend them highly."
