The sales pitch was a bit long winded, I could have gone without all the company accolades, but they did explain a few things I was not aware of with my existing roof. They did a follow up visit to make sure the estimate provided by the salesman was correct which was nice... no unexpected charges last minute. Materials were delivered the day before and the installers started right on time the following morning. Everyone was polite and courteous. The Project manager stopped in to make sure everything was being done to satisfaction and they even hauled away some old shingles from the previous owners. So far, everything looks really great. They are a bit more expensive than I wanted but the lifetime material and labor provides a lot of comfort."
