"I hired B&R Siding in 2018, after a strong windstorm had torn away a big piece of siding on one side our our two-story home. After the insurance company determined that the original siding was no longer available, they agreed to cover the full cost of replacing siding for the whole house. After interviewing other well-reviewed companies, I decided to with B&R because, first of all, they were the first to respond to our wind-damage a month or two earlier, very neatly and securely covering the exposed portion. Secondly, they offered a very reasonable price for the installation of high quality siding. Byron and his crew were great, very professional, friendly and responsive. The final result was amazingly, completely transforming the look of our home.. More recently, when a bit of the new siding was accidentally chipped, I called Byron and he arranged for his crew to promptly replace the damaged portion at a very reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend B&R for any home improvement service."

"I cannot state how happy I am with the work done by Presidential Exteriors. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. They kept the workplace clean and kept me informed throughout the project. I try to stay actively involved, and everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and make sure I was happy. The project manager (Ryan) was great to work with and put up with my many questions, as were the people I dealt with at the main office (Tom and Chris). In the end, I was extremely happy with the work done by the crews. I had four doors and three windows replaced (thanks Matt, Eric, Jose, Mike T, Mike, Adam); and siding/trim replaced by Mr. Lee (a true artist in his trade) and Roberto; and various other construction repairs/drywall & painting by Juan and Jorge. I thank each of them and hope that I did not forget anyone. Also, a thank you to Jennifer at the main office who kept things going on the back end. I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors to others—they are a top notch company that genuinely cares about their customers, and have very much deserved the strong ratings they have earned on this site and others. I would definitely use them again if needed."

"Highly recommend. Roofing Pups executed a flawless and expedited roof replacement with the utmost professionalism from start to finish for a reasonable price. Eric, the technician who handled the initial scoping and quoting, was honest, transparent, and provided clear pricing with no hidden costs. Heather coordinated the project and kept me well informed on scheduling and status leading up to installation day. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM, exactly as communicated by Heather, and conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. Elvin kept me updated on progress throughout the day, and the team shared real-time progress photos via an active link, which I greatly appreciated. The roof installation and skylight replacements were completed efficiently and with high quality workmanship. The crew thoroughly cleaned up all debris and left not a single nail behind—especially important to me with a 3-year-old toddler at home."

"Larry responded immediately to our request for quote/service and came out on a Sunday with no charge to assess damage to our siding from a windstorm. He was extremely personable, professional, and honest about the work that needed to be done. Another contractor, who was not MHIC certified and not through Angi, but recommended by a neighbor, gave us a quote for thousands of dollars telling us the entire siding needed replacement when it only needed repair. The work was completed the very next morning. We are so grateful to have trusted Angi to find us a reliable, honest contractor, and to Reliable Roofing for their reliability, honesty, integrity, and professionalism."

"

We would like to thank your crew for doing a fantastic job on our mothers house. First ,for the kitchen renovation, we couldn't believe it could actually happen but you made it happen. Second, new floors and new siding. It became a whole new house and our mother absolutely loves it! And then, since your crew did such a wonderful job before , she wanted her deck screened in and you made that happen as well. Everything was completed in a very timely fashion and your crew stayed on schedule the entire time. What we loved the most was that your crew treated our mother and her home like she was their mother.

A beautiful job completed by a beautiful group of people! We cant thank you enough for how much you have changed her life .

On behalf of the Smith Family,

Shirley Kiger

"Step 1 for my project was replacing the original soffits, trim and gutters. My house is much better now that those things have been replaced. Step 2 will be having them replace my original siding. I like their products and ability to communicate through the multi step process."

"Perfect. I scheduled an appointment on the Angi app, and Mike came on time. He thoroughly reviewed the damaged siding on our initial visit. The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for future remodeling needs!"

"Wonderful service from this company, from sale to installation, I had the deteriorating siding on my townhouse replaced with CertainTeed vinyl. shaker siding. Work completed as contracted by the courteous, knowledgeable installers. Project manager, Alex Calderon, kept me abreast of work progress and followed up at the end to review the installation with him. If you have exterior work planned, consider Home Genius Exteriors. Wonderful experience, satisfying work at a reasonable price."

"Eric was great. Punctual, and professional, he provided me a quote the evening he viewed my project. His team showed up exactly on time and did a superb job. The siding matches exactly and they cleaned up everything very nicely. I would strongly recommend Canales Services for any siding job."

"I contacted Walking Miracle Renovations to do deck repairs on my rental property. Casey responded to my request very quickly. He scheduled a tour of the property to give me an estimate for the job.. The company's estimate was fair and he did an excellent job in explaining recommendations for making the deck more stable and for making changes that would make the deck compliant with state codes. My overall experience with Walking Miracle Renovations was A-1. Excellent customer service and quality work. I would use them again for future work."
