He met us on short notice and quoted the job in great detail explaining everything. We needed old tile removed/new tile laid blending into areas we had done 5 years ago. We also needed stairs and upstairs done in luxury vinyl planks. He met us at a flooring supplier we had located and approved all choices. His rates were very reasonable. He originally thought it would take 5-7 days but finished in 4 long days. We highly recommend Ferreira Services and appreciate Valter s patience with two oldies ."

"Everything went smoothly. We were on a time crunch, and had to change the installation date to the weekend. Austin was our guy and he was always on top of things and was in contact with us. They didn’t have the transition pieces available on the dates the installers showed up but he said it was not a problem for them to do the flooring first, and transitions a couple days later. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but we live in a rural area, far away from their company so it’s a pain to get out here! The flooring looks and feels awesome. I don’t remember what it’s called but it’s an innovative, durable, lifetime guaranteed type of flooring. Most expensive, but worth the price since we have 2 dogs and 2 cats."
