"AVSTEP was great to work with, the team started earlier than expected and completely fixed my foundation, not only with replacement block and cement, but added two different types of waterproofing as well. When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. "I hired Nicopal Construction to demo and gut my finished basement. It was a horrible dirty job, so I had a very hard time finding a company that would take the job without re-finishing the basement when complete. Vincent, the very friendly owner, came by and provided an estimate. He understood that I wanted to move quickly, so he scheduled the job the following week. I really appreciated his urgency in moving on the project. First day John and Vincent came out to begin work. Don’t let John’s youthful appearance fool you. This young man is a total workhorse! He has the work ethic of a Depression era coal miner. He enjoys hard work, and, just as important, does excellent work. With any project we hit some snags, but Vincent and John were always keeping me updated. In the end; the job was completed and I am extremely satisfied with the end result. Again, special thank you to John. He really did a great job. As with any project, there is a level of stress. I have to say, Vincent was awesome to work with during the whole process. Here’s an example, after work was complete and final payment was made, there was some additional work that was missed (this was my fault and not Nicopal’s). Vincent stayed in communication with me and came back out to complete the work! I have never experienced that level of service from a contractor. Usually once they get their final payment you never see them again. This is not the case with Nicopal Construction. Thank you, Vince! You truly are a man of your word. I would highly recommend Nicopal Construction for any project. We have a few more projects in mind in the future and will be reaching out again. Thank you again guys! I appreciate the hard work."

"BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."
