The house was built in 1924 with a dirt floor in the basement and low hanging pipes, overall a very challenging job. We wanted to turn it to a family room with a full bath, laundry room, closets, etc. Joe's guys (Chico and Javier) did a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, and creative.
