"Roto Rooter came and was not able to clear the clogged sewer line, but they did quote me $7500 to dig up and replace a section of pipe. They claimed the pipe was offset, not a clog. I thanked them and decided against it, talked to Anthony and liked what he proposed. Anthony and Keith came within 30 minutes, removed sewage water and sludge, got a big snake in there with a camera, and located the clog. This was a big, stubborn clog just under the porch and I saw everything on the screen. They pushed their heavy duty auger from the basement for about 45 minutes. When they pushed the clog past the cleanout outside, they tried from the outside with an even bigger sectional snake. Heavy work, they were sweating, but working quietly and confidently. They are both respectful, likeable, and their cleanliness is top notch. It was very interesting to see them working in the same day as Roto Rooter. Awesome pricing, awesome service, they are my plumbers for life!"

"Arrived on time. Performed work in a professional manner. When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."
