"We contacted Rick Lemler, (the "R" in R & D Construction), when we ran into a serious problem during the sale process of our home. Unknown to us, a valuable barn/shop on our property had been constructed in 1982 without a permit. In order to save this building we had to have it engineered and brought up to current county code and state fire standards so that a proper permit could be issued. The option was to have the valuable building demolished and to lose the pending sale of the property.
