"I hired Gilbert to remodel my guest bathroom in my home. I have used Paz Construction on several projects for design clients of mine and I am incredibly happy with the quality of the work. He is timely, hard working, he cleans up after ( which believe it or not , not every contractor does ) and delivers excellent service. Highly recommended "

"Hughes Construction did an AMAZING job. Out of ALL the local contractors I contacted they were the only ones who were honest, competent, courteous and followed through. They knew exactly how to fix it and now I dont have to worry about mold or water damage when the rain arrives. And when they were done, they washed all the windows too! The other contractors left me high and dry. Their prices are fair and they are trustworthy. I plan to hire them again when it's time to do the whole house remodel. Thank you Hughes Construction!"

"Amazingly well, infinity construction took on the challenge of building our custom home over the footprint of a residence totally destroyed by fire. The general contractors attention to detail, quality and sticking to build schedules went far beyond what we expected. Our build was due to a fire loss and as such required close coordination between insurance adjusters and the general contractor. Infinity construction established a great repor with the adjusters and the process went very smoothly. Luck was on our side by picking Infinity construction to build our new home, we could not be happier with the outcome. Honesty, commitment, and a genuine desire to achieve excellence allows us without hesitation to recommend infinity construction as your next general contractor. Not to mention our home was completed under budget. Not an easy task in these days and times."

"We contacted Rick Lemler, (the "R" in R & D Construction), when we ran into a serious problem during the sale process of our home. Unknown to us, a valuable barn/shop on our property had been constructed in 1982 without a permit. In order to save this building we had to have it engineered and brought up to current county code and state fire standards so that a proper permit could be issued. The option was to have the valuable building demolished and to lose the pending sale of the property. Rick Lemler has experience dealing with these sorts of problems and has a good relationship with the county personnel that needed to be satisfied in this complicated process. We chose R & D Construction for this project because of their good reputation and because of good reviews on Angie's List. We are glad we did. We were operating under the pressure of time due to the pending sale of the property. Rick moved quickly to get the process moving and stayed on top of every detail while keeping us fully informed every step of the way. The work was completed in the minimum practical time and the sale of our property went through on schedule. Rick earned our complete trust and we will gladly work with him again in the future should the need arise. Rick is very knowledgeable and his work is excellent and his rates are reasonable. We highly recommend R & D Construction. <br />"

"Great crew of people working for Woodstone and subcontractors were excellent as well. They easily adjust to changes that often accompany remodeling/construction. They are very attentive to your project, timely, and do well with communication. We were living out of the area during our remodel and communication was great by email and phone. I would highly recommend Woodstone. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Millville, CA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
