"Ince my install date was confirmed, I was told that the crew would be out between 9-10a on Monday 6/1. Promptly at 9am Ramon and Giovanni arrived and began getting set up. I was introduced to both of them and brought them down to where the control box was going to be installed. From there, they were off to work. They were super efficient, super professional and very neat. Anything they touched or moved, they put back. They were done within a few hours and gave me a quick tutorial on the controller before going out and checking the system and the directions of the sprinkler heads one last time. I was beyond impressed and very happy I made the decision to use YardWorks. "

"I have worked with several sprinkler irrigation companies through the years, and I was extremely pleased with the job that Richie and Rick from Lisco recently did for me. Some companies only want to show up to turn on the system and turn it off, and getting them to do repairs is sometimes a challenge, or they have excuses why improvements cannot be made. These sprinkler repair technicians listened to me and addressed my specific areas of concern about one broken sprinkler head, one malfunctioning head, and two zones that needed some adjusting. They discovered a leak in a pipe that explained the weak performance of one zone, and also fixed that. The work that Richie and Rick from Lisco did, in combination with my recent upgrade to a stronger pump (after the last company did not properly drain it and I had to replace it after the winter), has resulted in my sprinkler system performing at its best level yet. I am very pleased. The total cost of all the repairs and replacing sprinkler heads, and the two technicians working a little over one hour was $241 which I thought was reasonable. Great job Lisco!"

"One star because there is no option for no stars. This company is the worst unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Beginning with the job not getting finished, Mike tried renegotiating contracts and charge other things the day of the job. Then I asked for them to leave some wood and they piled large logs 6 ft high and I have very small children who play in the yard. My children were almost hurt very bed because the would shifted multiple times. Multiple stumps were left out of the ground in which he refused to finish. I am currently deployed and tried multiple times to resolve this issue and get him to finish the job. He waited until I was deployed and harrassed my wife and children. He added interest and fees while I am deployed and covered by the soldier and sailors act. His workers told me he does this all the time to customers and leaves him to deal with the issue. He since then has threatened my wife while I am deployed and has threatened to steal property from my yard. He is aggressive and unprofessional. She had to call the police and file restraining orders. He has multiple lawsuits from the city and customers, DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!
