They put capping at the window to stop any future leakage. Everything went great and it looks like a totally new shed. for less than it would of cost me to tear it down and buy a new one."

"Shortly after I posted my review And heard what I had to say, And then in an effort to make things correct because my feeling was that the person was trying to nickel and they offered to refund half the cost which I declined to go that far I did ask for a partial refund but not the level of half can make fair for them and to keep with average cost for such project. And highly recommend them. And I would recommend them. The company contacted me and they made the situation right. On the positive side, they contacted me and scheduled someone to come out quickly. I explained what I needed, which was replacement of a chimney rain cap. I was told the fee for someone to come out and inspect. I asked if that would go towards services, should I have chosen them and was told yes. The technician came out and wanted to do an inspection, which was fine - because one never knows. He was very pleasant - and used a drone to take pictures of the chimney. The company contacted me and they made the situation right. On the not-so-positive side, he kept trying to up-sell. I told him I only wanted the rain cap to keep rain out, because we plan to get rid of the chimney in year or two. He kept trying to tell me I needed it - even after I explained that the chimney is only for the current water heater, which we will replace with a tankless heater. He wanted to do the masonry and to install a second one, though it wasn't essential. He suggested the nice rain cap. We spent a lot of time talking about why I didn't need it. Then we get to the price... the initial price was ridiculously high. Beyond the range my research showed, so I said no. He offered 2, but still very high and I said no - only for what I asked for. Then he asked which one I wanted replaced and I said the one that is missing. Initially, when he thought he was getting $1000 out of me, he said the fee for inspection was waved. When it was just the 1 cap he said he would charge a lower rate. Thinking back, I should have seen those as warnings and gone elsewhere. But, I was worried about water damage and went against my normal rule. Get 3 quotes and then decide."

"They did a great job in repairing my wall they were professional. I was expecting them first thing in the morning, but they showed up at 10 am. The only issue I had was it took a month to get a bill (receipt) but they wanted paid as soon as job was done. Also the check I paid them was for $1150 and the receipt has $1100 not sure what happened to the $50. I will use them again but next time I would get an itemized written estimate before work starts."

"I hired this company 4 years and 2 months ago to install a new roof on my house in Margate, NJ. At that time, it seemed like all went well, and I gave them an "A" rating. That rating may have been premature. After just 4 years, there's a leak, and I am told that unless the materials were proven to be defective, all repairs would be my responsibility. Since I need the roof repaired, I made an appointment for today, Nov. 5, 2018 and drove from the Philly area to be here for the inspection. I called early this morning to confirm and was told there would be a call back. I never heard from the the repairman nor the company, so later in the day, I called a second time, only to be told that the office had him doing other things because of today's rain. So now i drove to Margate for a Roof inspection that didn't happen, I still have the leak, and i NEVER EVEN GOT A CALL ABOUT CANCELLING THE APPOINTMENT. A wasted day waiting for somebody to call me. Good thing I called him!!! I don't think this is a good way to run a company. I made another appointment for next Saturday, but the repairman says I NEED TO CALL HIM ON FRIDAY NIGHT SO HE CAN WRITE IT DOWN!"
