"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"We chose 5 star for our exterior remodel. Mike was professional and very helpful in helping us choose the type, style, and colors for our siding and doors. The crew that did the work were also professional and very thorough with their work. Everything came out beautifully and installed correctly. No cutting corners with these gentlemen. The price was a little higher than some other contractors, but the quality of material and quality in their workmanship was worth it. One door was delivered with the incorrect glass (distributor issue), but remedied quickly."

"We took a fair amount of damage with hurricane irene, had to have 4 gutters replaced or repaired plus the entire top roof of our two story house, i used angies list along with the better business reports to find a roofer, very happy with Majestic exteriors, they came quickly to give a estimate and explained the entire process completely , then also helped with sending the information to my insurance compony which helped immensely ,when the roofers arrived to do the job they were extremely polite and took extra measures to protect items around the house from the debris being removed from upper roof, they completely removed the old cedar wood and replaced it all with new wood and installed 40 year timberline shingles plus fixed and replaced old gutters, the missing soffet was from the early 1970,s somehow they managed to repair back to original so it matches rest of house,the crew did a excellent job and also a wonderful clean up of yard and driveway,will recommend ."

"I had the roof done last year and replaced my siding recently. Could not be happier with how the projects turned out especially the siding. Josh really worked with me to help me decide on a color - sent photos of other houses he'd done in different colors and gave me his opinion on the pros and cons of light siding versus darker colors. His crew, especially John and Mike, were terrific. They came when they said they would, finished on time and did a great job. Paid a lot of attention to detail and listened when I had questions about something. I wanted new column posts for my front porch and Josh was the only contractor who would do it. Overall a great price to value ratio and would not hesitate to recommend them. Feels like I moved into a new house. Thank you!

"Our experience with Tri-State Gutter Solutions was great from the time of the initial call until the time of completion of the project. Christopher was the estimator/salesperson who came to my home and took the time to explain what needed to be done and the most cost efficient way to do it. He even left samples of the type of gutter fasteners and vinyl soffit that they would be using to help illustrate the high quality. He provided a very reasonable estimate while on site which was detailed and thorough and left no questions.
From the time that Christopher came to do the estimate until the time the job was completed, it was less than 1 week. We had obtained estimates from other contractors, however Tri-State was the most responsive, reasonable and polite one of them all.
On May 4, 2015, the installer arrived promptly--he was extremely courteous and hard working! He did not stop for over 5 hours!!! He did a FANTASTIC job on the installation, was VERY clean and meticulous and extremely polite to our entire family.
We had previously called other contractors for an estimate---many of them either didn't show up, were discourteous or, despite the fact that we CLEARLY outlined the project, their estimate failed to take same into consideration.
It is with pleasure that we write this review and we highly recommend Tri-State Gutter Solutions.
