Felice Enterprises LLC has 5 main service divisions:\n1. Handyman / home repair\n2. Interior Painting\n3. Crawl Space water proofing. Which includes cleaning them out, dealing with any mold and waterproofing.\n4.Deck Maintenance: power washing them, repair, stain and seal\n5. Property maintenance / property checks for the out of town property owner.\nThat being said we do all kinds of work. This past year we refinished floors, hung storm doors / windows, installed gable vents, installed shower pans, hung and repaired drywall, installed garage door openers, hung doors, build decks, installed air conditioners, moved / repaired sheds, installed above ground pools and the list goes on. "STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS/ STEALERS! I contacted this company two months ago to replace the garage door motor, keypad, and remote control. The technician did the job and gave me three months of guarantee on the labor and equipment. A few days after, I noticed that one of my control remotes was not working properly. I called the company, and the owner blamed the battery and the weather. So, I changed the battery, but the issue persisted. I called this company today, and the owner gave me the same excuses. I just told him that I needed a new remote control. He said he would send a technician out, but I would have to pay for "the visit" if the remote control was working. I said it is fine because the remote control was not working properly. When the technician arrived, he just saw the remote control and told me it had water in it and that I was not careful with it. I said: WHAT? HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY KNOW THAT? He opened the remote control and immediately went to his vehicle. After 5 minutes came back just to tell me that the remote control is fine. He pressed it several times, but it did not work. Later, it started to work, and I told him I wanted a new remote control because it was not working well. He said he fixed it. However, when I asked him if the remote control kept giving me issues, I would call the company again, and he said: he would never be back after today. Then, he said he could give me a new one, but I had to pay $150 to replace it. I said no, I have a guarantee of 3 months, and the guarantee covers it. He said the guarantee only covered the motor, which was a lie because the receipt says otherwise. Then I told him I paid for those remote controls also. He tried to convince me I did not pay for them, arguing that the motor and keypad already come with two remote controls: I told him, I just realized you STOLE my money because you charged me separately for those remote control. I called the owner. He said he would call the technician. And after 5 minutes of waiting for him, I explained the situation to him and wanted a new remote control. He then called the technician and started to speak in Arabic (I believe they are from Palestine), so I could not understand what they said. Then, the owner told me that the technician explained that the remote control was fine and that I would have to pay $75 for his visit. I just told him I wil let everybody know he is running a scam business and stealing money from people who trusted in them with good faith. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALERS!!!"
